Frequently Asked Questions

Branded title

Question 1: What is a branded title?
Answer: A branded (commonly referred to as a "Rebuilt" title) title means a vehicle has, at some point, been involved in an insurance claim due to many different reasons like Theft, Damage, Fire, Flood and so on. NW Group chooses to work with accident related damages and Theft-Recoveries! We provide the damage or "before" photos to all clients! Transparency is key.

Question 2: Is there a difference between salvage and branded titles?
Answer: Yes there is a difference. A salvage title will be issued when a vehicle is damaged and has not yet been repaired. A salvage title cannot be registered without an inspection. Once a car is repaired, it is inspected by the state and issued a branded title which can be registered, insured and financed. A branded title is issued only on repaired vehicles.

Question 3: How can I be sure the car has been repaired properly?
Answer: The car goes through a lengthy and rigorous multi-point inspection covering body, mechanical and electrical components. The car then goes through a test drive ranging from 100 to 300 miles.  We are more than happy to share the inspection results with you upon request.

Question 4: How long have you been working in the Subaru business?
Answer: Our family business has been around since 2006 specializing in Rebuilding cars. We have sold over 8,000 rebuilt cars to date!

Question 5: Can I finance a branded title vehicle?
Answer: Absolutely! Most financial institutions (credit unions and banks) will finance a branded title. If a certain bank or credit union that you belong to does not finance please contact us and we will refer you to a bank or credit union that will help you in the process.
